The WP1 team is responsible for ensuring the effective coordination and implementation of the SYNTHIA project. This includes day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational management, as well as internal communications, risk monitoring, and progress tracking. 

Close collaboration across all partners guarantees alignment with the project’s objectives and smooth functioning of the consortium. WP1 also provides support for governance processes and ensures that ethical standards and quality control mechanisms are applied consistently. In addition, WP1 oversees the development of the Data Management Plan (DMP), which sets the foundation for how both real and synthetic data will be responsibly handled throughout the project.
